Amazing quality , and great service!

Legit NY style butcher shoppe. I honestly lament the loss of our neighborhood butcher shops, which do still exist in some parts of the country (like upstate NY), but are completely absent here in Western NC. Chop Shop and this place are good stand-ins, but compared to an old school butcher shop they can be a little "fancy" if you know what I mean. A bit pricier and a little bit bougie. It's no knock on them, but I just lament the simplicity and better pricing of the butcher shops of my youth. As for this time and place, NY Butcher Shoppe is about as good as it's gonna get. They do have nice specials (hot meals), a bunch of prepared stuff in their freezers (including a lot of exotic meats), and the people running the place are super friendly. All-in-all I recommend stopping in and showing them some love!

Anyone that doesn’t give this team a 5 star rating is insane. First time coming here and everything I needed, the owner took care of personally. Food was fresh, meat was top notch and the personality of each one of his workers were incredible. I will keep coming back to get my meat from this store.

I would spend all my money here if my woman would let me ... Great selection and more than just meat is available
