Lovely visit to the New York butcher shoppe at the Surrey center on Highland Ave. I believe it was the owner of the store and one of his staff who served me kindly and discussed the products they had and where they were sourced from.
This place is GREAT! I will never go to another butcher shop in the CSRA! Custom orders, great quality meats, American wagyu and dry aged!
