Last week I went to this location for the 1st time to inquire about getting a lamb roast for Easter. I wanted to see if they could stuff it with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, pine nuts; salt, pepper, garlic & parsley and wrapped with bacon. I spoke with Antonio & he took the time & showed me the new Zealand lamb he would use & assured me that he could do it. Coming from a family of butchers, my expectations were high, since my brothers made it for me each year. Antonio and his butchers met & exceeded my expectations. What a delicious Easter dinner!
