Everything I have ever had from the Mt Pleasant location was great. Last 3 times I've gotten prepared meals here (1 chicken parm/2 eggplant parm) the cooking instructions are way off. I always end up having to cook for at least another 45 minutes (from frozen).I gave the eggplant parm another shot last night and it just wasn't good even after extra cook time. Still cold and just more mush than anything. On a lighter note, the carrot cake is awesome!
