I work next door to this butcher shop. I go there three times a week. My family and I enjoy their meats, desserts and precooked food. We made homemade pizzas tonight using their marinara sauce, mozarella cheese and pizza dough! Omg! So delicious!

The guys are very knowledgeable about meats! My husband and I have been searching for this particular cut of meat for a while! The only place in the past 9 years has been New England! On a whim we decided to give these guys a try and they did NOT disappoint! Plus they had our favorite veggies already made (can't complain there)! We will be using the New York Butcher Shoppe for all of our meats from now on! Thanks guys for helping us get the perfect cuts! (Side note: they have different sauces for all of your cooking/grilling needs)

I've been in a few times and I wanted to wait before leaving a review. First off, let me just say how hard it is to find BEEF bacon in the south. Not eating pork can be a pain at times. I decided to stop in here on a whim because I saw the sign about big sandwiches and I'm always on the prowl for a good sandwich spot, especially after my usual go-to got bought out. Imagine my surprise when we casually found beef bacon just hanging out in a freezer?? Like whoa. The there's the sheer assortment of things they sell aside from meats. Now I know where to get lamb out of "holiday" seasons. Need a last minute side? Boom. Dessert? They got it. Wine and beer? Literally one stop shop for all my needs. And the customer service is really great too. Not obnoxiously in your face, but just normal, chill friendly dudes who don't make you feel weird one way or another. I love how you're able to order sandwiches by using a written order form that you hand over. No miscommunication, just sandwich vibes. And my sandwich? Phenomenal. I was eating it in the break room at work and multiple people walked by and stopped to ask where I got it from because it looked so good. Needless to say, I happily gave them name and directions because everyone deserves a good sandwich. But the real reason I'm writing this is because I just bought some ribeyes on a whim for dinner. I grilled them up, minimal seasoning, and these have to be the most delectable cuts I've ever experienced. I should have taken a picture before I cooked, because the marbling was truly something to behold. Thick, juicy, and the fat rendered perfectly. My husband and I were shamelessly indulging in the fat because of how well it held the flavor. Sure, I can give myself credit for my grilling, but a cook is only as good as the ingredients they have before them. I literally cannot justify eating out at steakhouses anymore knowing I can get an amazing cut of meat locally and just do it myself. My steak game has peaked and it's because of this place. 10/10, can now make my own bacon wrapped filet mignon at home.

I have been seeing the sign about big deli sandwiches for a while now and finally convinced myself to stop by and give this place a try. Definitely one of my better decisions lately. I had the Lady Liberty and it was delicious, big enough to make at least two meals out of (price justified) and completely enjoyable. I will return for a take home side and/or meal in the not too distant future. Nice staff, nice shop, nice food.
