A homey butcher shop. Super kind and knowledgeable folks. High quality steaks even at their lowest grade, “high choice”. A spot I wish I had in my town. The total on these High Choice NY Strips below came out to $24, so a pretty solid deal! —— Edit update: I ended up dry aging them with salt for two days, in the fridge, then cooked them in that cast iron. Perfect is the only word to describe it!

I love this place! Been going for years. I asked the young lady behind the counter to cut a 2 inch porterhouse for me and she delivered one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Steaks are excellent, but the customer service is even better!
