I love this butcher shop - have been going since it first opened. The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, and their weekly meal deals can't be beat.

A homey butcher shop. Super kind and knowledgeable folks. High quality steaks even at their lowest grade, “high choice”. A spot I wish I had in my town. The total on these High Choice NY Strips below came out to $24, so a pretty solid deal!

First time in the shoppe. Great butcher with lots to choose from in the case and freezer. Just browned up some short ribs to braise for NYE dinner. Check out the meat on these. I'll definitely be back.

I love this place! Been going for years. I asked the young lady behind the counter to cut a 2 inch porterhouse for me and she delivered one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Steaks are excellent, but the customer service is even better!
